Hello fellow Frameworkers!
The Fall issue of Other Cinema's "OtherZine" #29 will be published in
September 2015!
Proposals are due July 1, 2015.
A proposal can include (but certainly is not limited to) a
description, outline, incomplete draft, schematic, or other
articulated brainstorm. If you already have something written or
published, that's great, too.
Selections for the September issue will be made by July 15th, 2015.
Final versions of selected submissions are due August 15, 2015.
We suggest 1000-2000 words for any written work.

Submission Guidelines
~Please email all written submissions, 1000-2000 words, as an attachment
(pdf, doc, rtf; no docx, please)
~Please include with your final submission:
1. A bio of no more than 100 words
2. Relevant links (no more than 4) [optional]
For Artist Projects, any or all of the following are encouraged,
or to illustrate your writing:
Video (vimeo or youtube links; mov)
Audio (SoundCloud link; mp3, wma)*
Web-ready images/screenshots (links; 72dpi, jpg, png, gif)
