[Frameworks] Shooting Super 16 but composing for regular

Hi all,

I am shooting in Super 16 for an optical sound film and need to know the
*exact* dead center of the frame for the final 16mm image. Might anyone
here have advice as to how best to achieve this? I'd be using a rental so
marking up the glass is (probably) not an option.
