[Frameworks] 16mm projector bell&howell tq iii specialist

Hi all,
I buy this projector,
but when I try to project the image is really bad
as if  the film loses the loop.
I see that the  loop botton is on the top of projector but i cannot push it
if the film is running.
Anyway I'm not really sure that the lost loop is the problem
You know this projector? Have you any tips to have a good image?
