[Frameworks] flatbed or other editing equipment in atlanta?

I was about to start makin a 16mm film and I want to cut it on a flatbed if possible. I would also need a mag dubber and an optical printer. Anyone know where I would have access to this equipment in or around Atlanta? Thanks
