[Frameworks] Kodak carousel as tachistoscope

You can easily make up a “capping shutter” using a solenoid and a black metal flag — this can be added in front of the lens of any projector.  They also used to be used for time-lapse shooting with cameras that had “leaky” mirror shutters.
