[Frameworks] Feature 16mm FILM Kickstarter

Hi there,

(kickstarter) for a few months now.  I was surprised that you allow this kind of post and am wondering what your 
policy is. I am new to this group but not new to experimental filmmaking by any means.  I would prefer that 
these kinds of posts not be a part of this frameworks but I do not know your position as the administrator, so 
please educate me.
