[Frameworks] Advice cleaning up a salvaged 16mm Contact Printer

409 is a kitchen cleaner sold in the US, which is primarily
2-butoxyethanol, or butyl cellosolve.  Also called butyl glycol.
You can probably find a similar product there.  Does a very good
job on grease and greasy grime as well as the tobacco residue that
seems to be on everything that came out of any TV station....
