[Frameworks] optically printed film on people swimming laps in a pool

I am trying to remember who made this short, beautiful movie that was an
optically printed film on people swimming laps in a pool.
I think it was a Japanese maker, but I am not sure on that. I also think
there was sound to it and maybe it was around 10 minutes long. Does anyone
have a clue? It is at least 25 years old, if not much older.
