hey folks!

i'm looking for a subletter from may 15th till aug 31st, in case you know anyone looking (& feel free to pass it on)

large loft in brooklyn (dumbo), old school but all the basics, $1280/month + utilities (which average $40-60 depending on usage), 6th floor (no elevator at the moment - new one currently being installed), a block and a half from the york st F station & 5 mins from the A train high st station, get in touch for more details, pix &c

first months rent + 1.5 months deposit needed to move in; no pets; keepin the place clean imperative (lots of film gear including working 16mm flatbed)
