[Frameworks] H.E.F.F. #4 Call for Submissions

hey guys,

I submitted to the festival but didn't have the means to do the payment
part until now.  Thing is, I can't remember how much I'm supposed to send
you.  Anyway for you to find out? And what email address should I use for
paypal?
