[Frameworks] help identifying this film tank

Hi Frameworks, 

 

I’m wondering if anyone knows anything about what looks to me like a film developing tank. I’ve posted pictures here:

What you can’t really see in the pictures is that the bottom of the tank actually has 3 concentric tank bottoms, each a little larger than the other. The top part of the tank (the one with the tube sticking out of it) only fits on the innermost tank. You can kind of see it in the last photo. Also, it’s pretty big – about 17” diameter…. It seems like there should be other parts to it? Or?
