[Frameworks] eyewear for visual light artists

Hi all,

I'm wondering is anyone has any good tips for prescription eyewear for
working with multiple projections, lasers and flashing lights.. Something
that would allow you to see somewhat decently in low light but would also
shield from getting blinded by projectors.. Any luck with certain color
tints, polarized lenses, transitions??
