[Frameworks] 18 FPS problem in Canon 814XL (Service repair manual?)

Hello to everyone,
I've a problem in the knob of the FPS in the Canon 814XL.
I was wondering if someone has the Technical Documentation (or Manual
Repair) of that camera.
Any your help or suggestion how to fix it is more than welcome.
When I try to film in 18FPS it only shoots 1 frame.
