[Frameworks] Translation of «Piétage» and «Piéteuse»

The machine I used had a tape, like a typewriter tape, which had the white
"ink" that was used to stamp the numbers on the soundtrack and the
workprint.  You would zero the counter at your sync mark, run the picture,
then load the sound, zreo the counter at the sync mark and run the
soundtrack.  The numbers printed out every 12 frames and were white.
