[Frameworks] Old heads! A Paul at UPenn.

Hi, folks.  I met someone at a party who had been a student of a cinema person at UPenn, a Paul who would have taught experimental film, “flicker films” and "crazy stuff."  Likely in the 80’s.  Maybe affiliated with Cinema 16.
