[Frameworks] streaming a 50 min film

Hello folks,
has anyone advice about the best way to provide a streaming preview link of a 50 min film?
I tried uploading a H264 2G file to my site, but I'm getting mixed feedback, it seems to be stalling for some people
I've been using vimeo for shorter films, but I'm concerned that compressing this one down to 500mb is going to result in poor image quality
I'm working on a windows 7 laptop
