[Frameworks] Entertaining the film

Thanks again everyone for weighing in.

SO as far as cinematic "tropes" go, would you agree or disagree that what I
described previously (of a viewer entering a film reality) is one?  I
expected it to be quite widespread, but it seems to be less than I expected.
