[Frameworks] Films screening in Santa Cruz, Saturday June 16th

Hello Frameworkers,

If you are near Santa Cruz, California next weekend please consider

will be screening two films:

- *Breathe With Cube, *anaglyphic 3D, 16mm, color, silent, 2016 - a lovely,
sometimes painful optical illusion and comedy trance

- *Uzi's Party <https://vimeo.com/77663903>*, 16mm, color, sound, 2017 - a
teen dramedy about a Ouija party where things go wrong. All characters are
played by the same actress via in-camera multiple exposure and other analog
effects. Spooky, funny, beautiful and hugely satisfying for anyone who gets
off on deconstructing technical strategies while watching experimental film
(like me, and probably you)

... as well as sharing some music and performance work. Good time,
guaranteed.

*Saturday, June 16th* at SubRosa <http://www.subrosaproject.org/>. Doors at
*7:30*, show at 8pm, *$7* donation requested (no one turned away for lack
of funds).
