[Frameworks] silent work

Two former Chicagoans make pretty much 100% silent video:
Jake Barningham
&
Kyle Canterbury

And here's some others who have made some silent video, but silent
video isn't the bulk of their work:
Anna Kipervaser
Simon Payne
Mary Billyou
Christine Lucy Latimer
