[Frameworks] Save the Archives Film Festival -- deadline Sunday, August 11

Dear Frameworkers,


The deadline for this year's Save the Archives Film Festival is approaching quickly! We invite submissions of works made on or using "obsolete media" (analog video, celluloid film, etc.), found footage works made with any media, and any films that are about or related to archives, preservation, restoration, film history, or provenance, before Sunday, August 11!

Submissions are $10, and all proceeds go toward the preservation of the UWM Film Studies Archive's 250 classic, experimental, institutional, and orphan 16mm films, which are in dire need of repair, cleaning, and rehousing.
