[Frameworks] Looking for 16mm projectors

If you're looking for a theatre projector I don't think you can do much
better than an Eastman 25, but it will not be cheap.  Cardinal Sound and
Motion Picture in Baltimore can likely set you up with a refurb Elmo xenon
projector for a couple thousand.

For the most part if you buy a used theatrical projector and have a tech
go over it, there's not much to worry about since most of them have been
well-treated over their life.  Classroom projectors are much more likely
to have been severely abused.

I don't know anyone in St. Louis although Schiller's Camera might know
someone there.
