[Frameworks] Extended Deadline: FRACTO Experimental Film Encounter

Dear Frameworkers,

Good news for all filmmakers: Fracto has decided to keep its call for
entries open, hence there is now an EXTENDED DEADLINE for submissions to
the Film Encounter, taking place from the 23rd until the 26th of May at
ACUD, Berlin (DE).
The new deadline is the 15th of February, 2019.
