[Frameworks] 16mm processing

Hello Frameworkers!
I need some help in regards to 16mm processing.  I have been hand
processing expired (but properly stored) Kodak color negative with
Rodinal.  My images are coming out extremely low contrast and murky.
My formula has been a 50:1 dilution at 68 degrees for 14 minutes on 200T,
12 minutes for 500T, with gentle to moderate agitation every 60 seconds.
If you have any thoughts about what in my process might be contributing to
this problem please weigh in!
