[Frameworks] PRISME #2 - Call for films

Hi

for PRISME #2, Mire's festival that will take place from 4. to 8. 
December 2019
we are looking for recent films involving a photochemical process - to 
be included in our "Laboratory Aim Density" programs.

For submission, films should be registered on the filmlabs.org recent 
works section.

No submission fees / screening fees for films that are selected
