[Frameworks] Tri x reversal super 8

I am shooting on super 8 tri x reversal black and white, stock number 7266.

Do i rate this in daylight at 200 Asa?

If i rate it at 200 Asa, do I need to open up any further than what the
light meter indicates? I am using a sekonic analog meter.
