[Frameworks] collective remembrance/memorials as film?

Hi Ruth,

Perhaps not eventful enough but *barge dirge* is strange little film I made
that is less about an event than the occurrence of a barge getting stuck in
the ice in the arctic. An historical event for me at least, and the
residents of the hamlet in question, but perhaps few others.
