*The Black Tower
<http://johnsmithfilms.com/selected-works/the-black-tower/> *by John Smith
(a voice-over explaining an ironic tale about darkness)
*Slow Action <http://www.benrivers.com/slow.html>* by Ben Rivers (a
voice-over about a dystopian science fiction point of view)
*Thames Film <https://lux.org.uk/work/thames-film>* (2013) by William Raban
(a voice-over about the river Thames from an historic perspective)

In fact it looks like the departure point (voice-over films that are a
response to specific places) is really wide.
Any documentary about a places or architecture would be useful. One example
*Reconversao* <https://vimeo.com/46823925> by Thom Andersen about Eduardo
Souto Moura...
