[Frameworks] Premiere alterantive

The biggest problem I have found so far with Premier is not being able to export files to play on DVDs all I get are data files that will not play on ordinary DVD players.  I guess they presume all is streaming on a computer. If anyone has an easy solution for this on Premier,  it is more than appreciated.
