[Frameworks] Premiere alterantive

Davinci Resolve is great, but it needs a powerful GPU, 4gb at least. It'll
run with less, but it will be slow and frustrating depending on the codecs
and file resolution.

Matt, if I'm reading your system specs right your GPU has 1.5GB and so it's
underpowered for Resolve.
