[Frameworks] 7th Annual Flamingo Film Festival (CFF) Deadline Extension + Shift to TWITCH

FFF 2020 NOTICE: COVID-19 has forced an obvious change in location for this year’s festival. So, instead of postponing, it will be streamed Saturday, April 25th, 2020 thru Twitch <https://www.twitch.tv/flamingofilmfestival>. 

Fellow academic types, student filmmakers, media-mashers, cinephiles, etc., feel free to submit, share with friends, colleagues and students. When submitting a film, please review the festival’s criteria.

FFF 2020 Call For Films
This year’s 7th Annual Flamingo Film Festival submission portal is still open via FilmFreeway <https://filmfreeway.com/FlamingoFilmFest>. The regular deadline was March 21st and the extended deadline is April 15th. Standard submission fees 
are $10 per entry. However, those that subscribe here can continue to use the discount code FFF20Frame at checkout to receive a full fee waiver. (It’s now free!) Deadline waivers however, are available 
upon request through April 19th. This festival is juried and the programmed films and times are still to be determined.

FFF Mandate
The Flamingo Film Festival is dedicated to exhibiting the international short films and videos produced by student filmmakers. For the past six installments, this juried exhibition, held in sunny South Florida, 
has honored outstanding dramatic, documentary, experimental, music video, and animated projects created by students while enrolled in a college, university or other post-secondary institution. It's the goal 
of the Flamingo Film Festival to continue to encourage student creativity, recognizing achievements in film, video and media-arts.
