[Frameworks] VoD platform recommendations?

hello there,
hope you're holding up ok!

i'm looking to premiere our 60' film on VoD, and was wondering if you could
recommend me a platform for it, that's preferably arthouse / experimental
film specialised.

- iTunes is out i think as i'm based in the EU, and they need a US tax
number.
- Vimeo Pro is also out as they require a yearly payment in advance - which
is not sustainable at the moment.

thanks a lot!!
stay healthy!
