Hi Gene,
This is from Michael Snow’s “Rameau’s Nephew by Diderot (Thanks to Dennis Young) by Wilma Schoen” near the end of the movie in the section called “Four” starring P. Adams Sitney.
He is enumerating the number of times the word “four” is said in the movie (or “for” or “fore” or “phore”) and the number of 4s continues to update on the screen.
