[Frameworks] Affordable 8mm repair?

Any advice on affordable repair for S8 in the US? I've been using a Bauer
S105XL Sound for a few months, but the past couple weeks the motor drive
has been working only intermittently (always at the least convenient time).
I've replaced batteries & film cartridges but it hasn't helped... I'm open
to a lab or individual person working on it, but affordable is key because
like most people I'm a bit short on cash lately. Feel free to re: off list.
