[Frameworks] EIKI slimline 16mm projector query

Sounds like a belt issue. Unplug the machine there should be a few screws
to open back. Look inside it will be obvious if belt is loose it should be
tight. It also could just be dirt so check for that. Ape city.com has
manuals for many projectors and this may help show how to remove back cover.
