[Frameworks] frameworks list migration

It's been so essential and so democratic, Pip, traversing practices and
knowledge bases without barriers right through the technical and social
transformations. I never look back, but I have many fond memories and am so
glad to see that the list remains for every prodigal son and every upstart
new faculty.
