Hi Kim (and all),

I'm rather late in picking up on this thread, but am delighted to learn that your new book is out. I'll order a hard copy, but as a subscriber to the Frameworks digest (from which all attachments are scrubbed), I missed out on the 20%-discount coupon (not to mention the entire PDF ;-), so could you please back-channel the coupon to me at DekeD at orange.fr?
I'm assuming, of course, that the publisher swallows the discount--if it cuts into your royalties, forget the flyer, I'll pay the full whack.
