[Frameworks] RIP Gene Youngblood

I just reread Gene's essay ""The Source of the Images is Within" : The
Videotapes of Bill Viola" from 1987. The essay was included in the
catalogue for the exhibition "Bill Viola" organized by Barbara London at
MoMA in 1988. In a biographical note at the very end of the essay, it is
stated that, "[t]his article is adapted from the introductory section of
"Notes for the Voyager Press laserdisc edition of *Bill Viola: Selected
Works*."" Does anyone know if Gene recorded a VO-commentary (as he did for
*L'avventura*) for this laserdisc or if the disc contained his essay (in
print) or both? I just found the disc on Ebay and excerpts of the text are
printed on the back side of the sleeve.

Thank you to Bryan and Jane for informing us of the circumstances
surrounding his passing.
