[Frameworks] New cinema publication

Dear Frameworks,

I wanted to let you know about a new cinema publication that is launching
today — a multimedia quarterly publication that includes short films and
videos, essays, interviews, and more. It's called Caligari.

It’s open access, so take a peek when the time is right. Issue 01 features
projects that address canons, monuments, time, enclosure, the projection
booth, the long take, approaches to montage, approaches to slurping soba
noodles, digital cinephilia, the archive, relations of activism and form,
and more. Contributors include Jia Zhangke, John Akomfrah, Devika Girish,
Amy Heller, New Red Order, Olivier Assayas, Carolyn Funk, Keegan Fong,
Sylvère Lotringer, Emilie Sannom, Itch Princess, and Ingrid Caven.

It's a modest endeavor, but hopefully of interest to the Frameworks
audience. If you could help spread the word, that would be great.
