[Frameworks] Bute at Centre Pompidou exhibition, closing Aug 23rd

CVM is pleased to loan two Mary Ellen Bute films plus archival material to
Centre Pompidou, Paris's current exhibition, Women in Abstraction. Closing
Monday, Aug 23. *Tarantella* is a new 2K transfer by CVM.

a.  Melbourne, ACMI - Oskar Fischinger,* Raumlichtkunst *(1926/2012). CVM's
3 screen reconstruction.

Our *Optical Poetry: Oskar Fischinger Retrospective* program is scheduled
to screen at ACMI in November, for 1 screening.

*Raumlichtkunst* was previously on view at the Whitney Museum NY, Tate
Modern London, Palais de Tokyo Paris and other venues worldwide.


b. Seoul, National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. Fischinger films
and archival material in *Movement* *Making Movement* exhibition, along
with films by Lye, McLaren and more. Through September.
