[Frameworks] Filmmakers Filming Monographs

Having recently purchased a copy of the Nelson/Wiley monograph, Patrick's
question prompted me to do a little searching. I didn't find any issues
beyond those he listed and Wordcat doesn't make it easy to see the
monograph numbers of the issues its catalogued. But I did note that the
Filmmakers Filming series was collaboratively curated by two women, Sally
Dixon, then interim director of Film in the Cities, and Melinda Ward, then
film curator at the Walker Art Center.
