[Frameworks] Suspend notifications

Hi Pip,
I hope you are doing well. Later today an announcement will be coming out
that I am leaving CFMDC to move on to a new opportunity. As there will be a
gap in my replacement, you probably want to disable notifications so you
don't get bombarded with an out of office onslaught.
