[Frameworks] Film lab in San Francisco?

Foto-Kem in LA is not THAT far away and has quick turnaround.  They are 
good people although they are set up for quantity operation.  Excellent
consistency, excellent traffic management.

The lab in San Francisco was W.A. Palmer labs.... everyone in Hawaii shipped
film there for overnight processing.  You dropped it off at the airport cargo
office in the afternoon and picked it up the next day. 

Bill Palmer died in 1996 and since then there really hasn't been a bay area
lab.
