[Frameworks] Bolex titler/animation stand

Hello Jon  I am sorry , there was a big interest in it  and already few
people contacted me  before you,
If that doesn't happen i'll contact you - but  also I doubt it would make
sense to send it to Seattle , might cost quite a lot it is a very heavy box.
