[Frameworks] JK OPSQ Exposure Timing

Hi Zach,

This line from the JK106 manual (http://www.filmlabs.org/docs/JK106.pdf)
suggests that the default exposure may be 0.175 or 1/6th second:

> (for Bolex H 16 Rex. 120 rpm motor = 1/6 of the second exposure time ) is

In anycase, I've never relied on any mathematical calculation for exposure
using a JK, just lots of bracketing exposure tests.
