[Frameworks] Engauge Experimental Film Festival

Dear Frameworkers,

The Interbay Cinema Society's annual Engauge Experimental Film Festival is
now accepting submissions for our fall festival (final deadline: July
1st).  We program short experimental work; the pieces must have originated
on film.  You can learn more through our FilmFreeway
<https://filmfreeway.com/EngaugeExperimentalFilmFestival> page.   We are
asking for a small submission fee.  If you need a waiver, please ask us. We
pay an honorarium for every film we program.  Our dates are late enough in
the year that, fingers crossed, we might be able to program for the theater
as well as online.  We will see.
