[Frameworks] Engauge Experimental Film Festival submissions open!

Dear Frameworkers,

This is a reminder that the Engauge Experimental Film Festival submissions
are open <https://filmfreeway.com/EngaugeExperimentalFilmFestival>.  Hosted
by the Interbay Cinema Society and Northwest Film Forum, the festival
accepts short works that began on film.  If you are an experimental
filmmaker who works in celluloid, check us out.


   - Deadline for all submissions: July 1st
   - We pay an honorarium for each film we screen
   - Submission fee: $15
   - Ask us if you need a waiver code


The festival is in late October this year.  We are hoping we can present a
hybrid program, with 16mm/35mm screening(s) in person and more films
online.   We'll see how the year unfolds.
