[Frameworks] Experimental cinema made in China by non-Chinese

Hello,I have had some great pointers from Frameworks over the past week.  I have another question regarding Experimental cinema.A Google search revealed nothing!  I am wondering if there has been any independent non-Chinese filmmakers that have made experimental/underground movies in China?
