[Frameworks] Media Monsters returns October 21!

Hi,

I saw your call for submissions on Frameworks. I've got a film I'm
finishing up. I think I sent it to you before in your show's first
iteration, but at that point it wasn't done yet. It's called Gibber
Eidolon, and I think since it's Halloween coming up, it might be a good
addition to do some themed content. But that's entirely up to you of course
=). The work has some spookiness to it. Anyway, here's a link for you. Let
