[Frameworks] Positive S8 print from S8 neg?

I believe there is a lab in Germany that makes super 8 prints but I
dont remember the name. This was also 10 years ago last time I was trying
to do the same thing. Best bet is to shoot ektachrome or just ditch the
super 8 and work on 16mm. Thats all I got. Google it....
