Dominic-

I enjoyed watching it. You did one thing very successfully: you showed how beautiful she was (and in that your love for her).

I like the film. All those beginnings and endings and flash-by in-between. Bravo.

Dear Dominic -

Your film, titled Flashbacks looks quite good and is visually evocative on multiple levels. The film seems to be (proto) "Punk Rock" as regards the soundtrack of projector noise. The girl in the film has a sweet smile and a "Joan Baez" look. I recognized several locations on Lake Michigan beaches. Also, the "L" train shots ( which are absolutely visually distinct from the New York Subway - which I have filmed a lot) look great and feel very "Chicago."

It was very nice to see you in the background - long haired and bearded,- but with a quality of concentration and visual focus that you usually don't see in "Hippie" films. Flashbacks stands up along with the best of 60s/70s avant garde cinema.

 Keep the flag flying!

- Bruce
